You'll rebuild safety in your body, learn to track activation before it overwhelms, and reconnect with your natural self-protection responses - step by step
RECLAIM FIGHT ENERGY
The body that learned to flee or freeze can learn to stand and fight. Throughout the program, you will be invited to experience healthy anger release, self defence skills and boundary work.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll work with an experienced eco somatic psychologist and somatic psychotherapist in a small, carefully held group — building felt safety in your body, learning to track and regulate your nervous system, and gradually reconnecting with your natural self-protective responses.
This is not psychotherapy. You will not be asked to recount what happened. There is no historical story-sharing requirement. You can name your experience in general terms if you choose, but detail is never asked for and never required.
What we work with instead: sensation, movement, breath, boundary, voice, and the body’s own capacity to find its way back to safety.
This is for you if.....
You feel stuck in patterns of freeze, fawn, or flight — or cycle between all three
You carry a low hum of anxiety, hypervigilance, or numbness you can’t quite explain
You collapse or go silent when you want to speak up or hold a boundary
You’ve tried talk therapy and found something was still missing
You want to work with the body, not just the mind
You want a supported group container — without the need for historical story
You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to have a name for what happened. You need to recognise your body in some of the above and be willing to show up.

Dates: Thursdays for 8 weeks from April 23 -June 11 with one hour mid week group check in via zoom
