Amelia Lukins

biodynamic craniosacral therapy

Originally from the UK, I found my home in Australia in 2011. Becoming a parent in 2020 was one of the most transformative experiences of my life — filled with love and growth, along with moments of fear, anxiety, and challenge that inspired me to seek holistic ways to support myself and my family.

That journey led me to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) — a subtle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms and self-healing capacity. BCST is focused on supporting a movement toward health, helping the body gently release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.

I hold a Diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and am registered with PACT (The Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists). My practice focuses on supporting families and individuals at all stages of life. BCST can assist with a wide range of physical, emotional, and developmental concerns, including:

-Pregnancy support and birth preparation

-Postpartum recovery and infant support

-Birth trauma (both for parents and babies)

-Stress, anxiety, and depression

-Nervous system regulation

-Chronic pain and tension (including TMJ and headaches/migraines)

-Hormonal imbalances and sleep difficulties

-Digestive issues

-Vestibular disturbances

-Chronic illness recovery

-Physical and emotional

Alongside my clinical work, I facilitate women’s circles — nurturing spaces for rest, reflection, and community.

Outside of practice, I love spending time in nature and by the beach, being with friends, and enjoying the simple moments. I’m also looking forward to homeschooling my two children, embracing a family centred life and learning and growing alongside them.
