Emma is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist with a Diploma in Clinical Trauma Hypnotic Sciences, certified Reiki practitioner, and women’s embodiment facilitator. As a co-parenting mother of three, she deeply understands the complexities of parenting, identity, and personal growth. Her approach is holistic and compassionate, working with mind, body, emotions, and energy to foster lasting change and healing.
Using hypnotherapy, Reiki, somatic parts work, and embodiment practices, Emma offers a grounded and integrative pathway for clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom, release limiting patterns, and find more alignment and joy in life.
Her personal journey through motherhood, including navigating fertility challenges, postnatal anxiety, and parenting sensitive children, fuels her passion for helping others heal and grow. Emma creates a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their subconscious mind and body, supporting nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.
