Emma is a mum of three and Qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, who is passionate about changing the narrative around birth and motherhood, and about supporting people to live and parent with intention.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, yet powerful technique that can help you to gain self-awareness, access unprocessed emotions, or to make significant changes in your thoughts, feeling and behaviours. It can be very effective for managing stress, changing patterns, forming or altering habits, addressing fears, setting and achieving goals, finding motivation and much more.

My sessions involve a thorough consultation to establish your challenges and goals, and hypnotherapy tailored specifically for you to help you achieve them.

Emma has a special interest in supporting women with the transition to motherhood and parenting struggles, including:

  • supporting mental wellbeing and managing stress during pre-conception, pregnancy or postpartum (postpartum is forever!)

  • parenting challenges and parenting with intention

  • feeling overwhelmed with parenting advice and opinions

  • being able to stay in control of your emotions

  • reclaiming your sense of self and identity 

  • start creating the life you want, alongside being a mother (they don't have to be mutually exclusive!)

  • Plus, many more!

Life with kids is messy. Parenting is messy. Yet there's so much joy and beauty to experience when we give ourselves a break, intentionally work on building a deeper connection with ourselves, and make small changes to start living more authentically and in alignment with our values. (Even while wiping bums and cleaning cereal off the ceiling!)
