Belle’s treatments are holistic and individualised, using a combination of modalities including acupuncture, remedial massage, cupping, Chinese herbs (patent formulas), western supplements, nutrition, Chinese dietetics, esoteric acupuncture, reiki, meditation, visualisation and energy techniques to treat the whole patient. Treatments depend upon what her patients need in the moment along with working towards their long term health and wellness goals. Belle has a gentle and compassionate approach to her treatment style.
Belle has a passion for treating all things Women’s Health including menstrual irregularities, PMS, PCOS, as well as providing Fertility, Pregnancy, natural birth and Postpartum support. Belle is the co-founder of ‘The Conscious Birth Method’ a holistic pregnancy and birth online course, educating mothers on everything they need to know for an empowered birth and supported rite of passage into motherhood. Belle also loves assisting with stress, emotional issues, sleep problems, digestive issues and providing immune system support as well as treatment for Musculoskeletal issues.
Belle is also trained in Remedial Massage Therapy and Reiki. This gives her a unique approach in addressing musculoskeletal issues with myofascial stretching, cupping, Gua Sha, trigger point therapy and electro-acupuncture along with shifting pent up emotional tension that can be stored in the musculoskeletal system and cause pain.
